I honestly don't know. There is a fair chance that it is just Advent's 85% of PEP11 that this announcement relates to hence no halt on BUY. But even that makes me scratch my head, still would have thought a new JV partner for PEP11 would be considered material to BUY. It's a guessing game until DB get's the i's dotted and the t's crossed and shares it with us.
