Capital raise.
How stupid are IBG management?
IBG should've been allowed IBG to trade and then allow the capital raise to take place when the shareprice has found its level.
Obviously this will allow a capital raise at a huge discount to the market price. This means more dilution and selling into the market to gain a quick profit.
