I honestly don't understand the timing of this cap raise. It stalled momentum from the excellent news we just had, and to do it at an effective discount after the EXIM risk was nullified is ridiculous. Why on earth weren't they sold at a premium???
This absolutely stinks of a "shares for the boys" deal. I'd be interested to know who obtained decent slices of the pie and their personal relationships with Jardine. My guess is some mates got a nice couple of hundred grand bonuses for Christmas.
