It seems, IMHO, that EXIM required IBG do the CR as part of releasing the PPL. EXIM would hardly support a company with that wasn't an ongoing concern. If so, should have IBG told EXIM to "jog on", forget the AUD $1B??? That way you wouldn't have to worry about the CR at cheap prices. Instead, they'd be at 2c, as IBG would have no future. Anyway, instead of whinging about the SP being low, I just bought 500K shares at 6c.
