IRONBARK ZINC LIMITED: REQUEST FOR VOLUNTARY SUSPENSION
In accordance with Listing Rule 17.2, Ironbark Zinc Limited (IBG or the Company) requests that its securities be placed in
voluntary suspension pending an announcement from the Company regarding the finalisation of a capital raising.
The Company anticipates that it will be in a position to make this announcement to the market on or before Friday 10
December 2021.
The Company is not aware of any reason why the requested voluntary suspension should not be granted. The Company
is not aware of any other relevant information in relation to this request.
This voluntary suspension request is authorised by the Managing Director
