If you read the term sheet, part of the loan agreement is subject to equity raising.

As per MJ, there is a number on the table and several parties are also interested.

The next announcement will be this equity component. This will give an indication of the market value of the project.

Based on this, there will be a re-valuation of the project in terms of market value.

It seems that the offer took them by surprised, so most likely the number on the table low balled the project.

With ECIM they have de-risked the project and now they have more leverage. The equity part will be needed to move into the last portion of the EXIM process. So the good news is that we will get the information soon.

Until then, unfortunately, we will see the day and swing traders move in, so for the short term turn off the computer, enjoy Christmas and wait until next year........
