I wouldn't be so sure more time is what you'd need to get in lower mate, the announcement has got a lot more publicity than typical at least this year. Normally I'd say you have until Tuesday next week to get in, but EXIM has made a bit of noise.
Almost certain on release many of those orders will be back in, even the optimistic guy with 1M @ 0.01.
