Citronen will generate a post-tax Free Cash Flow of circa $73mil p.a and this represents a $15mil p.a free CF return to the equity partner assuming a 20% equity investment of $100mil equity investment or 15% cash return p.a
That is assuming NO discount to the $500mil NPV valuation for the equity partner. If they get a discount to come onboard then obviously their return increases further.
