As you said, in that case won't the current AUD$519mil npv valuation already represent a notional "discount" for the potential equity partner ?
Because you mention when IBG gets into production the returns will be much greater than just $519mil .
It will be $519mil + the 8% hurdle rate (whatever that quantum is)
I think we are getting closer and its looking pretty imo
