MD's have various disclosure obligations that must be complied with when raising capital, including preparing a product disclosure statement and the Disclose register entry for the offer incl ongoing disclosure and confirmation obligations will apply. apparently its already been done and we as shareholders know nothing about the reasons for such a quick raise
The FMA monitors compliance with the disclosure obligations. Where obligations are not met, the FMA has broad powers including issuing stop orders that prohibit issuing of shares. i cant see how this act meets the legal requirements of raising capital
