I think it only impacts the ASX tradability. This isn't VRC being diligent or protecting SHs. The ASX is saying VRC has failed to lodge basic information. Your money in VRC has been frozen. Unless VRC tells us they're making money somehow later, the stock will die before they can make good on the battery deals. Can't blame Ukraine on VRC - although I did make a post about it 6 months ago and no one seemed to pay attention. VRC needs urgent funding - if/after the war is over things can look optimistic again. We may be in suspension for years to come. Welcome to the pain trade.
