We don't know how many VMY shares have been purchased by DYL and its Cohorts, combined they may own a large percentage of VMY. Under 20% holding there's no need to disclose your holdings.
Pretty sure 5% substantial holder notice kicks in and notification required within 5 business days and 1% changes from there on also have to notify. Once you get to 19.9% you have to notify your intentions on whether your intending to make a move on the company or not. Anyone else confirm?
