This is a good sign…TMZ are not stupid to be lowballed…they will negotiate the cap raise in the best interest of shareholders and to do that they need to bargain with the investors to get a price as close as possible to the trading price…fingers crossed it works out in the best interest for TMZ and the shareholders….I also noticed the word “material” cap raise was used…they could have said Captial raise but the term “material” was used…also silver has yet to make a run so when it does the silver projects value will increase too…not forgetting the gold and tin projects to compliment the silver project…
