I think ‘material’ means substantial amount more than 5% IMO maybe to aid the development of the Texas Silver project with 19.5 Moz of silver .
how much will Eligible Shareholders & big players top 20 are willing to fund the company to move forward with the development of any of these projects lets for get about this target of 100 million Moz of silver because they are costing a back of cash to find drilling and up sizing the Mineral Resource Estimates on every project has cost a truck load of cash .If they they development Texas Silver project at least funds will come in so they will have cash to move forward on their other projects .
