Conversion period: cannot be converted prior to 1 June 2022
Conversion price: at a price which is a twenty percent (20%) discount to the preceding 15-dayVWAP but not greater than 6.5 cents (A$0.065) per share.
The way interpret this if we can get SP to around 8 cent 15 day average VWAP by June 1st the the raise is effectively at 6.5 cents?
