Questions should be asked about the lack of board independence, he and RB together were nothing but a con job from the start.
I wonder if anyone will actually have a crack at the ASX for failing in their duties. How they didn't remove DM for being unfit to hold office (and many, many other thieving CEOs and Directors) shows they care more for their listing fees, than their responsibilities.
