    So when 40c debacle happened yes.

    If anyone remembered i said the LIFX acquisition was a cover for the OHM debacle. If anyone did a class action about that they would have won.

    LIFX is just a massive cash burner that was rushed because of the OHM debacle. They would have had big trouble if it wasn't rushed.
