It depends what you think is a positive. If ending up with a small share in Lifx is a positive, then that is still possible if a recapitalisation occurs. Unfortunately shareholders will be diluted significantly. Without knowing March revenue, it is difficult to guess a valuation for LIfx, but I would expect current shareholders would be lucky if they end up with 20% of a recapitalised business.
