Firstly, the price paid for LIFX was much less than 150m, but still tens of millions too much. Secondly, how can you possibly come to the conclusion LIFX is in much better shape? DM has taken the business and completely and utterly destroyed it. Revenues are more than 50% less, costs have increased, products are worse, and product support is worse.
