you know I can here alarm bells in the distance ...... tardy past information release which is contrary to how most companies would keep shareholders informed and well noted by shareholders , followed by an acquisition (why? ) using a capital raising at a historic SP lows ....... mmmmm , it can’t be that obvious can it ?
