So a acquisition to be supported by a capital raising - as 3rd Eye says the suspension is an interesting development though they probably just ran out of time to finalise before the end of the trading halt.

I agree i hope its something to support their existing project and not something like lithium that takes years and tons of capital to get up and running.They have a company making project already that they should be focusing on, once thats up and turning a profit then go and chase trends if you want.
