    Very old joke and at the risk of howls of "racist" here goes. It is said that the US got the negros and Canada got the French because the US had first pick. I also understand that humor like beauty is in the eye of the beholder. I have been invested unhappily in CAY for just shy of three years. For the first time in more than 12 months I feel a warming genuine optimism. Incontinence???
