CATH are bringing a lot more to the table than just their $240m USD. (plus their share of dev costs)
From memory it worked out to about $400m USD contributed to the project.
They will be able to assist in us getting the mine up and running quickly, having completed a lot of similar projects.

If they fade out, we will need to replace all that money and experience.
Yes, they got it at a good deal, in comparison to today's price.
But the deal wasn't done on today's price.

Just my opinion, but I don't want to lose CATH at this stage.
