Your maths is not very good Wombat. If there is no CATH in the deal going forward, AVZ retains 75%. DRC 10% and Zijin will only have 15% and dare I say the negotiation will be that they have to cough up the $240M that CATH were putting up. This is my scepticism as to why Zijin has requested AVZ to attend the Arbitration hearing. They want to negotiate in from the outside.
