This can't be good for us. I hate to say, i have seen this before with an oil company i was heavily invested in. We were the small fish explorer going up against a big fish. It couldn't be more clear in the contract that we had preemptive rights to shares sold by one of our JVs. Yadda yadda yadda it was dragged through international arbitration, we were suspended for a year and somehow we lost the court case. It was disgusting but this shite happens. It can't be good on the bank account and if Jin Cheng - with nothing to lose - have their way they will try and drive the share price into the ground, drag it out and then take us over for cheap. They are a ruthless businessmen. They are likely behind all the shorting. I only hope the DRC government can get involved and sort it out before long because if it drags on in court system they will suffer along with us in their battery manufacturing plans and reputation of being corrupt.
