the suspension says with respect to “mining and exploration rights”, not “shareholding ownership dispute” or “arbitration” or “rights over extra shareholding”
Mining license signing is known to be happening around now, and this is in light of this.
also correct me if i am wrong but why would the company stay in suspension over a dispute over a shareholding it itself has not held to this stage.
as others have mentioned this is in relation to 15% the company has never held. The dispute is about AVZ believing it had first right of refusal on it.
