Mining license signing is known to be happening around now, and this is in light of this.
also correct me if i am wrong but why would the company stay in suspension over a dispute over a shareholding it itself has not held to this stage. as others have mentioned this is in relation to 15% the company has never held. The dispute is about AVZ believing it had first right of refusal on it.
