What a pity. After all the great work and heart ache it comes down to dodgy legal issue, no doubt driven by the corruption and greed of people who have contributed nothing at all to building up this process.

I really hope the DRC government show gonads here. They have the power to sort this out. If they screw it up it will not be good for the country in the long term.

If tenure is not assured for an exploration company in the DRC then why bother.
