I doubt Zijin will back down lightly. They have requested Arbitration because they obviously believe they have legal right of equity. If not, they wouldn't pursue anything.... So I don't see this as good news either way. Only positive is that a resolution will come in time (which may not be in AVZ favour) but I anticipate this isn't going to be a quick turnaround.
