I doubt it . "If " Zijin's claims turn out to be just there is no point dragging it through the
courts . The CATH deal will be jettisoned and our new partner will be Zijin .
AVZ 60% Zijin 30% DRC 10% . This could be the very reason the CATH deal has stalled and no money has changed hands . IMO
