I have a feeling that its ASX holding this up. There may be some wording issues and disclosure queries to close out. Normally if an extension to suspension is required, RAP would have applied for that prior to opening and ASX would grant it without blinking.
If the ASX has received an Ann and has queries about it, they just announce nothing and do the argy bargy direct with RAP and if it gets sorted today then its released and if more time is needed...ASX will extend suspension.
