Also you need to understand two from the wording of the announcement:

1. The company anticipates that the announcement will be made today (6th June). The company has not said it will announce it today. The date is not guaranteed, only anticipated.
2. The suspension is tied to the release of the announcement, not a specific date. So if the announcement is made, suspension will lift pretty much immediately if the market is still open. If no announcement is made, suspension will remain.
