Crap answer .. If they had sold for a motza a few years back, the SP was multiples of magnitude higher .. But the company was not in any danger of folding in the immediate or short-term .. NUH was not a failing company, as you put it .. It was just another speccy company that had as much chance as many other speccies of eventually not surviving .. So Insider Trading was a non-issue .. A bit like yourself.
