My comment about ownership of patent was more jocular than anything else it doesn't really matter for RWD share holders, Obviously a win either way.
My point is if there's any benefit from it then it will justify RWD's taking time. There's progress and there's perceptions of progress that go nowhere like SO4 as you dont need to remind anyone.
Regarding the other players your use of the word "peers" rather than competitors is appropriate, because there will be room for everyone in the market, and I'm sure they are all looking over each others shoulders. I would be surprised if Agrimin didn't know what was going on at RWD. In fact I suspect they would have good lines of communication going back to the earliest days when they pegged Lake McKay.
