Looks like they used part of the money earmarked for the expansion to fix up the plant and problems associated with the original operation.
I reckon the fund managers would be more enthusiastic if the plant wasn’t being shut down.
The media article avoided mentioning SO4 but this will be front and centre in the minds of fund managers.
Good luck guys. Let’s hope they can raise the cash AND can sort out the remaining plant issues.
