There’s a couple of articles on KLL out today.
Without reading the announcement, any finance agreement is actually a really positive step for KLL. $27m will account for a 50% dilution for share holders, edging past 1.85b shares.
Still a massive risk for any investment prior to next months testing.
The SP churn rate will likely be enormous, but I feel we will finally find the bottom.
