Plenty of companies have gone into voluntary suspension and bounced back. Trading halts only allowed for two days so this is the natural next step if negotiations/details aren't completed within that time frame.
It begs the question as to why management have let this happen in this scenario. Not enough preparation for fundraising prior to trading halt? Greater number of details for the equity raising to be ironed out than anticipated? No takers from yesterdays tin rattling exercise so back to the drawing board and staring administration in the face?
I'm trying to be optimistic for KLL, but it's becoming more and more difficult to believe in.
