I am firmly in camp 'waiting for sign off'. That is not to say I think it will be good (or bad), but the request of a single day of extension that lines up pretty clearly with Cali/Belgium not being on Sunday time is the best fit for the narrative here. They could have asked for a much longer suspension. That also explains why announcements and trade halts tend to take their full duration rather than being released in 30 minutes.

The base positive case remains the same: initial analysis reveals that the fundamental problem has been fixed.

The base negative case (in my head) is the same as the previous year: the fundamental problem has not been fixed and we need sign off from IMEC that they will follow through on supporting remediative action. I don't know how much I would bother with a suspension or trade halt for this, though - I don't know if there's any way to salvage another, similar bad message at approximately the same time a year later.
