Well lets look at this.
They had $82m in debt
They sold one division for over $55m
They had debt of $21m at 30th June
They now need a $50m equity injection
This smells to me like the business has been trading insolvent for some time!
Major shareholders will step in on a massively dilutive basis and all the small investors are going to get hammered!
