This mess appears to be heading for an extensive delisting over time. Not sure what happens to the cash available in the meantime. No doubt those "experts" on the inside will claim substantial fees for "whatever"

One could assume the insiders will claim millions in fees if it is relisted. There are millions in cash to be allocated to the new group of dealmakers.

Then "they" do another CR to raise more millions and offer free "incentive" shares/packages to those in the inner circle.
Basically, it will be starting all over again with the lousy culture. Boardroom lightweights with CEOs walking in and out the door.

Its the nature of the listing.
