i think simple maths is that the ran technology is universally applicable.
cursory analysis says middle east could be interesting in terms of logistics hub aspirations, access to lumber etc.
fundamental first step however is getting out of our current cottage.
i am optomistic (naive) to think this is almost upon us, but experience would also counsel against this.
