The topic of this thread is absolutely NOT about "advising about not filing"!
The thread started with kinda "what the ...!"
then speculation as to why ...
then payout on management current and past performance ...
then just general frustration with EOS Board and Management
a smattering of quotes from other articles and blogs (none mine) ...
The not filing and its implications were/are self evident!
