I too was a Public Company Director (and sat on the due diligence committee) and I have never seen anything remotely like this Company. They announce petty things, but often don't report material things that often appear on LinkedIn or in Articles - that would actually be beneficial? Shareholders are literally the LAST thing they concern themselves with
