1. Would be very interested to see who got out at any price yesterday
2. The other companies that were suspended have market caps of 10m or less except for one which has pivoted to ‘green energy’ And has zero income. So basically not real companies.
3. Clearly have no cash, no roll over of debt facility, no plan, no clue, no future.
4. In the strategic review it was stated that they received non binding indicative offers for parts or all of the business but did not explore those because they ‘undervalued’ the company and ‘management’ wanted to focus on operations or some other hocus pocus.
5. In hindsight averaging down to $4.80 wasn’t that good an idea.
