Contract awarded shouldn’t delay release of periodic reports - no influence retrospectively.
Loan facility is plausible. Certainly doesn’t fix anything, only patches a hole in a sinking ship.
Possibility of risk management to support (hopefully) a positive announcement. However, history seems to dictate that no communication means nothing positive to share.
