my 2 cents.eos does have a cfo,that cfo is responsible for delivering the fy22 accounts within asx regulations.(plus he is also involved in strategy).
he didn't report within the asx guilines because he had a hangover so the obvious question is y.
imo there is a sheet storm in the board room,some may want to keep sugar coating eos,others may want to (clear the decks) restructure which is definitely required.
If i was the new ceo i would want to explain the clear situation so he is not held responsible previous management decisions..
hopefully some good will come from this clear board sheet fight imo.
even the major independant holders by memory soul patterson may start to give an opinion although its a minor holding for them.

ps how many ceo's did space require for such a sml co.
Why has eos got a deputy ceo ?(although imo clearly the deputy ceo has brains as em solutions sells their terminals into 6 navies including the US navy.
hmm gl hopefully they make a solid announcement regarding a restructure as imo they still have assets valued more than market cap,em solutions,that lense co,the gimbal business for l3harris,the housing business for northrupp,the laser connectivity which i still believe in ,maybe still dew laser etc etc but this is what the new ceo must make clear in FY22 results.
