Michael Lock was appointed in Feb 21. He oversaw the fecked up FY21 annual accounts and had no option but to resign. Tahir Khan was appointed in the interim. Cothell was appointed after an external search. As a result Khan "spat the dummy" and resigned. Nidori was the next interim. Note that she doesn't sign off on the accounts. She presentes them to the Board and the Board signs!
