Read the last quarterly. They had 0.5 quarter of funding left this is no longer solvent until they can raise capital or secure some sort of funding that gives them, say 9-12 months runway and is able to unlock certain pipelines with that.
That is why in the previous post I highlighted the cash position as the red flag.
