I doubt that it’s worse than the auditor struggling to agree one of the asset valuation - and they are all inevitable a bit ropey anyway.
Not convinced the company has the required critical mass to succeed though. Costs, although vastly reduced are still quite high both relative to the portfolio size and to the amount of investment made for the year.
Thankfully though the Yardley era, and worse the brief era prior to that, are behind the company.
