There has been some unusual activity with auditors. An earlier financial report claimed the auditor's report was still in preparation then later it was announced the auditor had resigned because of a merger of that company with another who would take over the responsibility. Maybe that is reason for a late submission or maybe someone just forgot. Whatever, it is not a good look. I imagine some big holders would be asking questions of management today.
